Good News!!

When we get settled in North Carolina I will post new pictures. I know it's boring looking at the same pictures. Don't worry I will post more.
GOOD NEWS! On Monday we are closing on our house. I'm so happy. We found a house with almost three acres. It also comes with a 6-8 man hot tub, wow. Of course that is not the reason for wanting the house. It was the acres for sure. Shoot the kids can swim in it the winter. It'll be like having an indoor pool. The kids are so excited to have a new house. They are also as well as myself excited to finally be with Brian. We'll miss my parents, but at least we are only a day's drive.
I'm also going to be an Aunt again in July and then again in December. Isn't life grand!

The Rhodehouse's said...: The slide pictures are great and bring back a lot of memories since you and the kids have been here. The memories will always be special and unforgettable. We had good times but sometimes we got on each other's nerves but that's just being a family. There was still a lot of love and enjoyment in this old house. It will be sad when you and the kids leave, but you will not be too far away, so we can get in the car and come whenever we want to. I love you so much.; May 16, 2009 at 12:48 PM

Marriage (Genesis 2:18) and family ( Genesis 1:28) are central focal points in God’s plan for the eternal destiny of His children. Your Heavenly Father wants you to do all you can during your time on Earth to prepare yourself to live in an eternal family.
Successful marriages and families are established and maintained on sound principles, like those that Jesus Christ taught. These principles include faith in Jesus Christ, prayer, repentance?, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work, and wholesome recreational activities. A home established on gospel principles is a place of refuge and safety, where the Spirit of the Lord? can abide, blessing family members with peace, joy, and happiness (“ The Family: A Proclamation to the World”).
No marriage or family is perfect. When dealing with challenging relationships, it may help to remember that each person on this earth is a beloved son or daughter of God and has a divine nature and destiny. Learning to love and serve your family members, as Christ taught, will help you become more like your Heavenly Father and will help you prepare to live with Him again in an eternal family.
